French Brioche toast, jam and frozen yogurt

Serves 4


*4 thick slices of brioche

*15 ml milk

*1 egg

*2 tsps sugar

*Your favorite jam

*Frozen yogurt

Mix the egg with the sugar and add the milk (you can add a pinch of cinnamon). Heat the frying pan before you start cooking. Dip the brioche slice into the batter and then cook for 2 minutes on each side (be careful with the temperature, medium heat would be alright). Place a scoop of frozen yogurt on top and finish with a touch of your favorite jam.
